How the committee publishes

Visitors always see the latest 10 published items. You can post without rebuilding the whole website.

1. Google Sheet (recommended). Make a sheet with header row date, title, body, category, pin, published. Dates as YYYY-MM-DD. Set published to yes. Then File → Share → Publish to web → this sheet as CSV. Copy that CSV link into googleSheetCsv inside notice-board.json on the server (once). After that, new rows appear on this page as soon as you add them — no site upload. A starter file is at /notices-template.csv.
2. Replace the JSON file. Edit notice-board.json in the website folder (same place as index.html) and upload only that file. Keep the newest items at the top if you like; the board still sorts by date and pin.
